This will be 100% your business.  You will not receive a W-2 or 1009 from us at any time.  There is no contract involved, sales quotas, or reporting to us.  Additionally, there are no start-up fees, franchise fees, or ongoing costs of any kind.  This will be your business, so expect to treat it as such.  You will need to keep track of your expenses (including auto mileage), pay sales taxes to the applicable states, and pay estimated quarterly federal and state taxes.  You will be in business for yourself, BUT not by yourself.

We will recommend the equipment you will need to be successful and help get you pointed in the right direction. Based on our 25+ years of experience, we already know what types of properties to photograph for the highest odds of success, and we will teach you how to locate them as well as how to properly compose a photo that will instantly sell when the property owner sees it.

Yes, you will need to obtain your FAA part 107 drone operator's license in order to earn income from this business.  That will take about 10-15 hours of study followed by a multiple-choice test.  Sounds scary, but there are numerous online courses you can take that guarantee a passing grade.  A bit of effort and you'll be done.  You will also need to obtain a sales and use tax license for the state(s) in which you plan to operate.

The short answer is yes.  However, we will make you aware if another operator is near you and do our best to keep you separated.  Duplication in an area will result in a very poor conversion rate.

Absolutely.  Although this can be done anywhere, the better regions (in terms of conversion rates) are as follows:

• mid-Atlantic area

• Great Lakes region

• upper mid-west

• Western NY/New England area

• Eastern Mississippi area (TN & KY)

• Central Valley of California

The old cliché applies, you'll get out of this what you put into it.  However, if you are located in a  higher conversion area and follow our Program, you can expect to gross no less than $100 per hour while in the field and you will frequently earn over $200 per hour. With only a modest weekly effort in the field on your part (an honest 20-25 hours per week), $100,000+ per year is a given.

We are simply your photo and frame supplier as well as your Sales Support Resource. We currently charge $8.50 per printed image (12x18 & 6x9 of each image) and $28 per complete frame kit, and that's it! Our wholesale pricing allows you to maximize your income, and we only make money on the volume of photos & frames purchased by our network of Independent Drone Operators. Our staff has over  80 combined years of experience in this very unique business, and we will help you grow your business to whatever level you desire. Since we don't make money until you do, we have a vested interest in your success!
